Mark Lollback

Mark is a metallurgist (CP) with 25 years of global mineral processing experience. He has worked in projects across various commodities, most notably base and precious metals. Prior to joining Graphinex, Mark was Senior Study Manager at Sedgman, managing the DFS and PFS for the Mt Lyell Copper Gold Processing Plant Restart for New Century Resources in Tasmania. Before this, Mark was Principal Metallurgist for MMG, working at the Las Bambas Copper Mine in Peru, the Sepon Copper Mine in Laos and the Rosebery polymetallic mine in Tasmania. He has also worked for BHP and South 32. Mark holds a Bachelor in Metallurgical Engineering and an MBA in International Finance.

Blair Richardson is a passionate mining professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, specialising in green field projects and new approvals. Blair has worked for Rio Tinto at several of their Australian and Indonesian coal and gold operations. He spent 12 years as Development Manager at New Hope Coal assisting with the approvals process and early development works for Acland stage 1, Jeebropilly expansions and he also pegged the New Saraji and New Lenton projects. Blair has worked with Aquila resources and was the director of Coal for Cliffs Natural Resources Sonoma Project JV. He was also the GM of development with Cuesta Coal Moorlands, transitioning the project from an MDL into the Mining Lease application phase. More recently Blair was GM of the Olive Downs Mine, taking the project from MDL status through to the granting of the mining lease.
